Booking Terms
On receipt of deposits, your booking will be confirmed, the balance not received by 1st April 2012 will result in the booking being cancelled. Payments are non refundable, or transferrable.
Please send in your booking form. If we have availability for the dates you require, your deposit will need to be paid within seven days to secure it. You may pay by bank transfer, or Paypal and you will need to pay any charges with your payments.
Special Note
It is our aim to help you have a great experience at this special occasion. It is generally expected that the price of accommodation in London will go into orbit. Our prices are fixed and when booked guaranteed. To stop unfair speculation and profiteering in 2012, at the time of arrival a condition of booking is, the lead name must be with the booked party. Failure to comply with this condition will result in a void booking taking note that all money paid is non returnable.
After the games all our tents will be donated to Medicin sans frontier and The British Red Cross.
