High quality cottage style accomodation within The Elms park, which will sleep up to six people.
The accomodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds,and 1 bed settee in the lounge. Duvets and pillows are supplied, we do not supply bed linen or towels. Fully equipped kitchen/diner. Electric oven, microwave, full height fridge/freezer, and all utensils. Full size bathroom, all newly decorated and furnished for this season. PLEASE NOTE Minimum rental 3 nights. July & August Saturday to Saturday only. All our cottages are strictly non smoking and no pets allowed, interiors may vary. IMPORTANT On your day of arrival the latest time to collect keys is 20.30.

A 25% non-returnable deposit is required. Balance to be paid in full one calendar month before arrival. Arrival time from 14:30 and departure time 10:30. PLEASE NOTE Reception closes at 20.30 for new arrivals. Prices include one free parking space. Extra cars charged at £5 per day.
